LEGAL PROFESSION OR THE FIELD OF LAW IS THAT POSITION WHICH IS A PARAMOUNT PART OF THE MACHIERY OF WORKING OF THE NATUIONS LEGAL SOCIAL AND WORKING STTREAM . INDIA IS A HOME TO ABOUT 6 LAKH ADVOCATES THAT JOIN THE FIELD EVERY YEAR BEING A HEAVER FOOR THE FOREIGN COMPANIES TO COME AND DIRECT THEIR WORK THROUGH INDIAN CHANNELS IS WORTH RESPECTING AND IS A TURNING POINT IN THE FIELD OF LAW FOR THE NATIONS LAWYERS . 


THE DUTIES OF THE BAR COUNCIL WAS TO DECIDE THE MATTERS ENROLLMENT AND THE DRESS CODE AND OTHER LEGAL RELATED CODE OF CONDUCTS FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN THE FIELD OF LAW . THE ADVOCATES ACT 1961 WAS ASTEP FURTHER THIS IMPORTANT INITIATIVE AS A RESULT OF THE ADVOCATES ACT ADMISSION PRACTICE ENROLLMENT REGISTRATION ALL HAS SEEN GROWTH IN THE COUNTRY , 


THE ESTABLISHMENYT OF THE BAR COUNCIL LEAD TO INCLUSIOMN AND ADMINISTRATION OF LAWYERS UNDER ONE UMBRELLA ON THE NATIONAL LEVEL . 

THE DIVISION OF ADVOCATES INTO SENIOR ADVOCATES ON THE BASIS OF MERIT IS ALSOP THE WORK OF THE BAR COUNCIL THE INTEGRATION OF THE BAR COUNCIL AS ONRE WHOLE FAMILY , DECIDING ABOUT THE DRESS CODE AND RELATED CODE OF CONDUCT IS ALSO DONE BY THE BAR COUNCIL 




CONCLUSION 


AFTER INDEPENDENCE THERE WAS A STRONG FEELING THAT THE JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATION IN INDIA SHOULD BE CHANGED ACCORDING TO THE NEEDS OF THE TIME. THE LEGAL COMMISSION WAS TASKED WITH PREPARING A REPORT ON THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE. MEANWHILE THE ALL INDIA BAR COMMITTEE ELABORATED ON THE MATTER AND MADE ITS RECOMMENDATIONS IN 1953. APPLY THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ALL INDIA BAR COMMITTEE AND AFTER CONSIDERING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE LEGAL COMMISSION ON THE ISSUE OF ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE REVIEW. TO DATE AS THE RECOMMENDATION IS RELATED TO BAR AND LEGAL EDUCATION, THE COMPLETE BILL HAS BEEN INTRODUCED IN PARLIAMENT.


IN 1961, PARLIAMENT ENACTED THE LAW OF ATTORNEYS [12] TO AMEND AND ENACT LEGISLATION RELATING TO THE LEGAL PROFESSION, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONSTITUTION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND THE BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA. THE LAW OF ATTORNEYS APPLIES THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ADVOCATE COMMITTEE AND THE LAW COMMISSION ON CERTAIN AMENDMENTS. IT REPEALED THE INDIAN BAR COUNCIL ACT, 1926, THE LEGAL STAFF ACT, 1879, AND OTHER LAWS IN THIS REGARD. THE LAW HAS HAD MANY AMENDMENTS SINCE IT WAS PASSED IN 1961. THIS ACT EXTENDS TO THE WHOLE OF INDIA.
